Funding Opportunities
To award funding for early childhood efforts, Dubuque County Early Childhood (DCEC) offers a grant review process as announced. This may include opportunities to submit a grant proposal or mini-grant application for programs/services that support children age birth to five. The process is citizen led through the organization’s board. Any opportunity is open to the public although applicants must meet funding terms. Applicants interested in submitting a proposal or mini-grant application will need to explain how the proposed program/service meets DCEC’s priorities and intended results.
