The Kids Expo provides excellent opportunities for organizations and businesses to reach over 1,000 area families about important services and programs.
Exhibitors receive a 6′ skirted display table(s) and two chairs, with options for electricity and/or pipe and drape at an additional cost.
THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS AUGUST 31, 2021. Registration after this date will not be available. Early registration is recommended, as space is limited and to be included in pre-event publicity.
Exhibit set-up is between 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. on October 3. Due to other events at the facility, supply drop-off and set-up are prohibited prior to this date.
Dubuque County Early Childhood, event sponsors and the Grand River Center are not liable for any supplies left unattended.
Dubuque County Early Childhood (DCEC) reserves the right to deny participation to any applicant that DCEC determines does not offer services that help reach DCEC’s goals. DCEC has the right to review booth content and to modify, remove or prohibit anything it deems to be inappropriate. DCEC’s decisions on these matters will be final.
By registering for the Kids Expo, exhibitors agree to indemnify Dubuque County Early Childhood, Grand River Center, Kids Expo sponsors and all representatives/volunteers of any organization involved with this event. Exhibitors will hold each party harmless from all actions, damages and claims. This includes persons, penalties, obligations, liabilities and/or attorney fees that may arise out of any negligent or intentional act, errors or omissions, provided for in this agreement.
The deadline for canceling a booth display for a full refund is September 20, 2021. Any cancellation after that date or no-shows will not be refunded.
